Intel RealSense Store Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return items for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your delivery - no hassles. Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  • Only unopened hardware products are allowed (includes Processors, Mother boards, and Solid State Drives). Intel will not accept returns on hardware items that have been opened;
  • The item must be in "like new" condition;
  • The item must be returned in its original box and include all original packing material; accessories (cables, tripod and other items included in the original shipment), software, manuals and/or other documents;
  • Intel will not accept returns on software that was electronically downloaded.

How do I exchange or return my order for a refund?

Registered customers with MyIntel account

  1. Sign in using MyIntel account.
  2. Go to "My Orders" page and click "View order" link to open the order you wish to exchange or return.
  3. Click "Return" under the order number.
  4. Complete the Exchange/Return form by adding all or selected products to the request while selecting the preferred resolution.
  5. Once submitted, a support case will be created for your request and one of the staff members will reach out to you with a final resolution and details via contact email provided in the request. If approved, you will receive a FedEx shipping label from our staff member.
  6. Drop your package at the FedEx drop off location that can be found at https://local.fedex.com/ or arrange a pickup.

Guest customers

  1. Go to the Order Tracker and complete the form to open an order you wish to exchange/return.
  2. Click "Return" under the order number.
  3. Complete the Exchange/Return form by adding all or selected products to the request while selecting the preferred resolution.
  4. Once submitted, a support case will be created for your request and one of the staff members will reach out to you with a final resolution and details via contact email provided in the request. If approved, you will receive a FedEx shipping label from our staff member.
  5. Drop your package at the FedEx drop off location that can be found at https://local.fedex.com/ or arrange a pickup.

General information

When returning items, carefully pack all items in their original packing materials and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns without an RMA number and that RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that they meet our terms and conditions, within 14 business days Intel will issue the applicable credit to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.

You can always check Exchange/Return request progress in "My Returns" area or by opening the "Returns" tab inside the corresponding order.

How long does an exchange processing take?

We’ll ship out your exchange as soon as your product gets checked and confirmed as a warranty item by our engineering team.

Can I exchange for a different product?

We only offer exchanges on the same product.

Where do I get a shipping label?

Shipping label will be provided by our staff member once your exchange/return request gets reviewed and approved.

Can I use my own shipping label to mail back a return?

No, shipping label must be created by the Intel RealSense Store staff member and provided to you.

How many days do I have to return?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery. See the return policy terms requirements.

How quickly will my return be processed?
