What are the accepted methods of payment?
Currently, this Intel web site accepts payment via third-party service: PayPal. These were chosen because they work especially well for customers using payment cards that were issued from outside the U.S. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or purchase orders.
Do I have to pay customs fees and import duties?
Yes, if these are required by the ship-to destination country. If customs fees, duties or taxes are levied once a shipment reaches your country, you are responsible for paying these. Such additional charges are not calculated as part of the payment made to Intel Services Division LLC. and we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
Sales tax is based on the ship-to address for orders. It is charged where Intel Services Division LLC has an economic presence and is required to be registered. For international orders please see question above.
How do I place a tax exempt order? (US Only)
1. Create an account in the Intel RealSense online store.
2. Go to "My Account" and upload your state sales tax exempt certificate. Tax exempt certificate must be issued for Intel Services Division LLC.
3. Intel RealSense team will review the certificate for accuracy/authenticity.
4. If approved, you will receive an email stating that you are now tax exempt and your subsequent orders will not be billed sales tax if you select the "Tax Exempt" checkbox during Checkout.
5. Tax exempt requests can take up to 24 hours to take effect, we appreciate your patience as we work on them.
When is my credit card charged?
The exact timing is not in our control, rather it is controlled by the payment service provider. Generally, you should expect to be charged at the time of order placement.
How will you ship my order?
We use FedEx and its partners for shipping. Express shipping options are available if you would like to receive your products faster.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, and your order should ship within 48 business hours if all items are in stock.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders placed on our website ship from our warehouse within two business days — we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Standard delivery time may vary depending on your location. Shipping for orders sent to destinations outside the U.S. will vary depending on local customs regulations.
How do I track my order?
Instructions on order tracking are included in an email that will be sent to you when your order ships. You can always check the status of your order here.
Will you split up my order if there are items not currently available?
Yes, we may split your order. We will make every effort to ship your complete order at one time. However, on occasion, some items in our store may be temporarily out of stock of preorder. If you have ordered multiple items with different availability, we will ship in-stock items immediately and hold the balance of your order. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Splitting up your order will in no way increase the cost of shipping to you.

We accept orders for shipment to over 70 countries. Ship-to countries and regions vary depending on the product you select. Please check details on the product page before placing an order.
